Hi, my name is Heather Windish, and welcome to MoreyGirl!
A Little Background.... First off, just to explain my shop name...Morey is my maiden name. I have 3 sisters and when we were younger, everyone called us 'the Moreygirls.' When I turned 16, I put MoreyGirl on my license plates. So when I needed a name to sell my creations under, there was no problem picking out a name! I am a stay at home mom of two great little boys. I also help my husband with his trucking company-the paperwork, that is, not the actual trucking:)
So, now that you understand MoreyGirl, you need to understand that I love hand made things! I remember my shower for my first little boy born back in 2004, and I received two flannel cowboy burpcloths. They were like nothing that I had seen in the stores. I was hooked! I wanted everything different for those places...bedding, blankets, burpies...you name it!
Here at MoreyGirl, everything is handmade by me or my mother, Susan (it's okay, she's a MoreyGirl too). She has been a great inspiration to me, though her creative abilities and her life. Without her help, I could not keep up! Thanks, Mom, I love you.
