WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Domestic orders ... Shipping charges are $5 for standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Express shipping is available upon request. Buyer to pay actual shipping cost, plus the standard $5. International orders... Shipping charges for Canada are $15 for standard shipping via the USPS. Express shipping is not available at this time to Canada. All other international customers may contact us to make arrangements to place an order with the appropriate shipping charges. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days. With the exception of custom orders, they will be shipped within 7 business days. (This does not include embroidery, they will still be shipped within 3 business days.)

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

All Illinois residents will be charged a 6.5% sales tax.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

If there is any problem with your purchase, please notify me right away, and I would be glad to help. I am proud of the workmanship of my items, but I understand that things happen and I am certainly willing to work with you. Any returns must be unused, unwashed, and returned within 15 days of purchase at buyer's expense to be eligible for refund.All personalized and custom orders are final, no refunds.

HOW DO I USE MY COUPON/VOUCHER CODE?

If you have a coupon code to use, the code must be entered at checkout under "Voucher". Only one coupon code may be used per order. If you experience problems with a coupon code, simply note the code during checkout in the "Special Instructions" box and we will make sure that it gets applied.
